Returns and Exchanges

Change of Mind Returns 

Unfortuntely we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind purchases due to the personalised nature of our products. Our products are made especially for you and cannot be resold.

Please double check all spelling and custom details of text to be embroidered. If you realise you have made a mistake, please contact us asap, and we can try to rectify it provided that the product has not been created. Unfortunately no refunds or exchanges can be given once the producted has been personalised.

Faulty or Damaged Items 

We take great pride in the quality of our handcrafted products. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and include the information requested below.

How to Contact Us

For all returns enquiries, please reach out via our Contact page or send an email to Thesundaystitchcollective@gmail.com. We aim to respond within 1–2 business days.

To process your claim, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the fault or damage
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once assessed, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
