What materials do you use?

We use premium, baby-safe materials, and where possible we use 100% cotton, such as for our blankets, pacifier clips, birthday crowns and gift boxes.

How do I take care of my items?

We recommend gentle machine washing in cold water on a delicate cycle, or hand washing. Lay flat to dry to maintain shape and softness. Avoid bleach, harsh detergents and tumble drying.

Can I only personalise with a name?

You can personalise with any text you want, providing it is no more than 10 characters wide. You can use a name, nickname, initials, birth date... we welcome creativity! If you have any special requests, please reach out to us and we will do our best to accomodate your request.

How big is the embroidered text?

Embroidered text on blankets will be 20cm wide at the most. Please note that the size of the text will vary depending on how many characters are used. We can only do a maximum of 10 characters.

What is the turn around time?

Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days.

How long does shipping take?

Domestic shipping within Australia usually takes 2–8 business days. Express shipping within Australia usually takes 1-4 days.  International shipping times vary by destination.

What is your return policy?

Due to our products personalisation we do not offer refunds or exchanges. Please double check the spelling of all text for embroidery and colour options chosen. We check every order before it leaves our hands, however if the product is faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please check our Returns page for further info.
